What Is The JTB Facilitator Training?

Phase 1- Personal Process:
This phase is designed to help you understand and familiarize yourself with the concept of conscious connected breathwork. It's a deep dive into your own story and history, self-awareness, and understanding of your own breath patterns.
Phase 2- Working With Individuals:
Here, you will learn the skills necessary to conduct one-on-one breath work sessions. This includes understanding individual breath patterns, guiding personal sessions, and tailoring the breath work process to meet individual needs.
Phase 3- Working With Groups:
This phase focuses on expanding your skills to facilitate breathwork sessions for groups. You will learn how to manage group dynamics, create a safe space for collective experiences, and conduct group sessions both in-person and online.
At the end of the six months those who complete the course and the certification requirements will receive a 300 hour certification.
Alongside learning the skills to confidently lead trauma-informed breathwork sessions, this experience offers an opportunity for profound enrichment and transformation within a supportive community of peers.

Is this training only for those who want to teach breath work?This training is provided with the intention of supporting those keen to teach breathwork to individuals or groups, either as a stand alone offering or to compliment their existing vocational offerings. How long do I have to complete the certification requirements?While the training runs for six months, we understand that everyone's pace of learning may differ. Therefore, after the training ends, you have an additional three months to submit all required assignments and complete your certification.

Who is this training for?This training is tailored for aspiring breathwork teachers, as well as coaches, therapists, and yoga instructors looking to enhance their skill set by incorporating trauma-informed breathwork into their practice.

When are the group mentoring calls?Pat's live masterclasses take place two Sundays of each month from 10am-1pm (Irish time). If you cannot make the live call a replay of the session will be made available shortly after. In addition to the calls with Pat you will have a weekly group support call with one of the support trainers/mentors each Thursdays at 1pm (Irish time) for 60 minutes.

Who is this type of breath work not suitable for?Conscious connected breathwork may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, severe asthma, epilepsy, or psychiatric disorders. Pregnant women, especially those in the first trimester, may also be advised against this practice. It is important to consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness practices, including conscious connected breathwork.

When and where are the in person graduation be?The five day in person graduation will take place -August 13-17th 2025 in Galway, Ireland.

Are there payment plans available?Yes, we understand that a one-time payment may not be feasible for everyone. Therefore, we offer flexible payment plans that can be discussed further during the discovery call.

What support do I get throughout the course?We prioritize support and guidance throughout your learning journey. In addition to all of the modules, daily practices, community access and pod support you will have a 3 hour live masterclass with Pat twice monthly, and a 75 minute group support call with one of the support trainers each week.

Will I be certified after completing the course?Yes, upon successful completion of the course and its requirements, you will receive a 300-hour certification.
