In addition, I recommend allocating time for self-reflection, completing assignments, and engaging with the online community. While the exact time commitment may vary, dedicating a few hours each week will ensure you get the most out of the program.
You can watch the weekly training and do the daily practices at a time that suits you. The live group coaching call takes place each Sunday from 7-8pm Irish time.
Q: Will I have access to course materials after the program ends?
A: Yes, participants will have continued access to course materials, including training webinars, resources, and the online community, even after the 8-week program concludes. You will maintain access to the community and study materials for an additional 4 weeks after the program to allow you to catch up on any missed trainings or review content you found most useful. You will also have the option of signing up to maintain access to the community and new trainings after the first 12 weeks.

A: The small pod accountability system is designed to provide additional support and accountability outside of the group coaching calls.
