CON_3685.jpg

1. AWARENESS

Reflective exercises and group discussions throughout the program will allow you to gently uncover aspects of your shadow, the parts of yourself outside of your current conscious level of awareness.

You’ll come to a much greater understanding of what has shaped you, what’s driving you and what patterns and cycles are on repeat in your life.

2. CLARITY

With new insight comes new opportunities to clarify where you are in your life, where you’d like to go and what is required to get there.

We will spend time refining your vision for the different areas of your life and the map of actions that will bridge the gap between the two.

3. DELIBERATE PRACTICE

In recognising that ‘we become what we practice’, we will put in place daily time for deliberate practice of the new behaviors, skill sets and mindsets of the man you want to become.

Think of this as ‘getting our repetitions in’ in an intentional way that starts to shift how we see ourselves.

4. COMMUNITY

Many of us have been raised to see other men as competition or threats and so we often isolate ourselves, particularly when things get difficult.

In joining this program and community you will connect authentically with other men on a journey of self discovery and mastery. You don’t have to walk this path alone.

5. ACCOUNTABILITY

So often we have a clear sense of what we need to do to create changes to our health, our relationships, our spending habits or our addictive tendencies, though we struggle to stay consistent and to stick to our word.

High level accountability as part of this program will help you find consistency and sustainability with new practices and habits, whilst also recognising some of the patterns that lead you to ‘drop the ball’.

6. EMBODIMENT

We will move from information to transformation, embodying new ways of thinking, acting, communicating and relating to our emotions through conscious and consistent practice and refinement.

Yes, you will learn some new frameworks, tools and practices but more importantly you will repeatedly practice the basics that shift how you see yourself, others and the world.

5 modules_edited.png

The Masculine Core (Week’s 1 and 2)

In module 1 you will learn about the key male archetypes, the warrior, lover, magician, and king, the emotions of grief, anger, fear and joy and how these archetypes and emotions shape their individual expression of masculinity.

Through exploring these archetypes, you will gain insights into their own strengths and challenges, as well as learn how to better connect with other men and understand their experiences.

Emotional Regulation (Week’s 3 and 4)

In module two you will learn how to recognise and identify your emotions, understand the triggers and patterns that lead to reactive and impulsive behaviours, and develop strategies to manage them effectively.

You will learn various embodiment practices, such as breath work, trauma release exercises, and movement, to help to ground yourself in the present moment and regulate your emotions, to help go beyond unhelpful behaviours and patterns .

The Shadow

(Week’s 5 and 6)

Module 3 we shine light on the shadow. Our shadow is made up of all of the parts of ourselves we have looked to hide, deny or repress. It’s here that many of our difficult emotions, our addictive tendencies and our unhealthy cycles and patterns in relationships live.

In this module we’ll explore what you learnt about who we needed to be to stay safe in the world and what parts of ourselves are running the show when we experience stress, fear or other intense emotions. We’ll also delve into the golden shadow, the potential that we have suppressed and hidden away for fear of being ‘too much’.

Conscious Communication

(Week’s 7 and 8)

Module 4 we explore the principles of conscious and authentic communication, including active listening, honest expression, and non-judgmental communication. Participants will learn how to engage in communication that fosters deeper connections and mutual understanding, while also promoting respect and empathy.

Through a variety of exercises and activities, participants will develop the skills and tools necessary to communicate consciously and authentically in their personal and professional lives.

Purpose and Mission (Weeks 9 and 10)

Module 5, our final module explores the principles of purpose and mission, including understanding one's values, passions, and strengths. Participants will learn how to identify their unique purpose and mission, and how to align their life and career goals with their greater sense of purpose. By the end of this module, participants will have a greater understanding of themselves, their values, and their passions, and a greater sense of direction in their lives.
